Wow. Just an awesome experience. I came in yesterday and bought my first bike, a beautiful Honda Shadow. Roger walked me through every step of the process. He went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable and ready to ride and even spent over an hour working with me one on one to get me ready to go. I cannot say enough good things about Richmond Honda House and about Roger. Truly, thank you for everything.

I have purchased two motorcycles from Roger in the last 8 months. Both times have been very quick and worthwhile. It amazes me that I was able to make both purchases with only 30 minutes of my time involved. Yes, 30 minutes each sale in and out including DMV. Very friendly staff and a great parts department. After going to several Seadoo dealers across VA I made a phone call and talked to Roger for over 20 minutes. I made my way to Richmond Honda House after talking to Roger again in person and running me through all the different models to choose from I decided on my 170 GTI SE. Everything was great from the moment I walked through the door till I left that day with my new ski. Went into the store on November 7th and was trying to decide on a new bike for my birthday. Roger the sales guy was very knowledgeable and walked me through all options available and the benefits of the one I liked. I ended up getting a new Yamaha FJR1300 and I am so glad he talked to me about that bike and the quality they have. He took the time to make me comfortable with my decision and assured me if I needed anything after the purchase to just give him a call anytime.
